Erin Whitehead comes from a family where land development, custom home building and the real estate market is always top of mind. She provides an enthusiastic and enjoyable approach to building your new home, along with excellent customer service throughout the entire experience.
Erin’s hometown is Springfield, Missouri, but lived in both San Antonio and Atlanta as a child. She attended both Stephens College and Missouri State and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in typography and illustration. Her career began by starting her own Graphic Design business directly out of college, focusing on illustrative and website design working with local and national businesses in the Saint Louis area. Ultimately, Erin’s passion for real estate led her to New Home sales where she has been focused ever since. She began her Real Estate career with a local builder in 2001, as an associate, and within a few months was promoted to a Sales Consultant position where she completed her first community in record time. She quickly moved onto another community where she had record sales before the development of the land began. This would earn her the Rookie of the Year award through the Sales and Marketing Council the following year.
In 2005 she joined a national fortune 500 Home Building Company where she initially started as a New Home Sales Consultant and in 2008 was promoted into an Area Sales Manager position. Erin enjoyed her role as an Area Sales Manager by growing and developing a talented team of over twenty sales consultants. Her role included recruiting and hiring new talent, facilitating and implementing world-class sales training, identifying future Area Sales Managers, engaging consultants in problem solving, strategic planning and goal management, while aiding in backlog management of over 50 million dollars of homebuilding revenue yearly. Erin’s knowledge of the market comes from her affiliation with the Institute of Residential Marketing, Brokers license, focusing on competitive market analysis and currently specializing in the Saint Peters and Saint Charles areas, and obtaining the Certified Sales Professional and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing designations. She has also been awarded multiple awards through the National Associations of Homebuilders, Home Building Association and the Sales and Marketing Council for her sales performance over the years.
Erin joined Consort Homes in May of 2010. She decided to join the team because of Consort Homes’ strong ties to the community, reputation, flexibility and ease of the homebuying (and building!) process for our clients. Consort Homes’ highly rated customer satisfaction, which is surveyed by an independent third party, was also a key factor. Erin is currently selling at one of Consort’s newest communities, Bella Vista, which offers 15 of their most desirable floor plans from the Hometown and Discovery collections.
In her free time Erin enjoys painting and anything art related. She also loves spending time with her husband, family, friends and French Bulldog, Vinnie. She loves helping customers navigate through the homebuilding process with ease, providing a quality green home and playing a part in creating a wonderful neighborhood with delighted homeowners for life!
